We’re a shoe, bag and leather care studio in Bengaluru. You’ll be the first and last person our customers meet, so their items need to be safe with you.
What you’ll do
- Receive orders at the store and on pickups: inspect, photograph, tag and log each item
- Explain services, pricing and timelines to walk-in customers
- Check finished orders, pack them and hand them back, and collect payment
- Plan each day’s pickup and delivery route, and deliver on time
- Keep order records updated on our system
- Support the in-store team between runs: packing, stock and basic tasks
Who we’re looking for
- Valid driving licence (required)
- Knows Bengaluru well and is comfortable with Google Maps
- Kannada plus Hindi or English to speak with customers
- Comfortable with a smartphone: WhatsApp, photos, easy apps or sheets
- Polite, presentable and trustworthy, because you’ll handle expensive items
- Delivery, retail or counter experience is a plus
