Role - Store CRM Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Store CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer databases, generate repeat business, and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain customer databases, purchase history, preferences, and contact details.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp regarding new collections, festive offers, wedding shopping, and special promotions.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Contact customers after purchases to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints, exchanges, and service requests.
- Maintain a database of bridal, wedding, festive, and regular customers.
- Inform customers about new arrivals, exclusive collections, and upcoming offers.
- Coordinate with the store sales team to convert customer enquiries into sales.
- Track customer follow-ups, repeat visits, conversions, and daily CRM activities.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and accurate CRM records.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer engagement reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant retail experience may also apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, telecalling, or retail operations preferred.
- Experience in sarees, ethnic wear, fashion retail, or premium retail will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM software.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented, professional, and target-focused approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Customer follow-up completion rate.
- Repeat customer visits and sales conversions.
- Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.
- Customer database accuracy.
- Revenue generated through CRM activities.
