We are looking for an experienced Warehouse / Stores Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, material receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the unloading and receipt of incoming materials.Verify GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries and inspect materials for quantity and quality.
Identify and report material discrepancies or damages.
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in designated areas.
Monitor inventory levels and update ERP / warehouse management systems.Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
Supervise packing, labelling, barcoding, and dispatch documentation.
Coordinate dispatch schedules with logistics and transportation teams.
Authorize material issuance based on approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate inward and outward material records.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Coordinate and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office.
Robust documentation and organizational skills.
Team coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
