Handson knowledge on in any of the storage management applications

System administration experience on various OS platform and knowledge on Volume Manager Concepts

Handson experience in thin provisioning Global Mirror and Metro Mirror

Good handson Experience in AdministrationDesign and Implementation on IBM flash IBM V Series HP MSA HPE Nimble QNAP Synology NAS Cisco and Brocade switches

Knowledge in QNAP es2486dc NAS HP MSA 1040 Synology NAS Brocade switches

Experience in Designing Configuring and troubleshooting Fabric Environment constituting Brocade McData Connectrix Cisco switches

Installation Configuration and upgradation administration on Windows UNIX and Linux environments

Should perform daily health checks on the storage infrastructure

Strong knowledge on NAS protocol SMB and NFS

Strong Knowledge on Performance analysis factors of IBM flash IBM V Series

Indepth knowledge of using CLI for HP MSA QNAP

Indepth knowledge of managing and administering Fiber channel

Ability to design complete Backup Restore strategy configuration of Backups FullIncrementalImageSubfile and troubleshooting

Understanding of Backup and recovery Concepts and troubleshooting

Work closely with other teams to resolve the Stoarge issues related to their technologies

Good skills on performance optimization

Generating different kind of Stoarge reports and sending to customer





Solving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor support In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management Problem Management Configuration management and Change Management processes

Experience in Designing Configuring and troubleshooting Fabric Environment constituting Brocade switches

Brocade B300 switch L3 administration Including Zoningmasking configurations

Capacity reporting and governance

Handson experience in thin provisioning Snapshots and Replications

Product understanding Advance troubleshooting DR activities

Analyze and resolve called out problems Ensure integrity of supported environment

Actively and preemptively figure out possible faults and causes by the execution of predetermined health and operational checks

Good hands on Experience and Robust Knowledge in Storage Backup concepts

Product understanding Advance troubleshooting DR activities

Solving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor support

Advanced trouble shooting skills and identify the severity of the issue Ability to Resolving issues quickly to accountcustomer satisfaction and Prepare RCA
