Role Description The Steward (Italian Cuisine) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting daily restaurant operations by assisting with food service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in dining and kitchen areas, and ensuring tables are properly set for each service. The steward will help serve dishes and beverages, support the serving team during peak hours, and ensure that guests receive attentive and courteous service throughout their visit.

Responsibilities also include handling basic pantry tasks,



organizing service ware, and following safety and sanitation standards. The steward will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide a smooth, high-quality Italian dining experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, ideally with exposure to Italian cuisine or casual fine dining.
- Experience in Food Service operations, including table setting, clearing, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs related to service standards and food safety.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hotel service is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
