Role Summary

Responsible for operating and monitoring cranes for protected material handling and movement within the AAC Blocks manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth production operations and adherence to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate cranes for loading, unloading, lifting, and shifting materials as per operational requirements.

- Handle AAC Blocks, moulds, and other plant materials safely to prevent damage and accidents.

- Inspect crane controls, lifting equipment, and safety devices before operations and report defects.

- Follow approved lifting procedures, load limits, and plant safety guidelines.

- Coordinate with Production and other plant teams to ensure timely material movement.

- Maintain basic operating records and ensure proper housekeeping around the crane operating area.





Required Qualifications

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.

- Valid crane operator licence/certification, wherever applicable.

Experience & Industry Background

- 3-4 years of experience operating cranes in a manufacturing or industrial plant.

- Experience in AAC Blocks, cement, precast, steel, or other building-material manufacturing preferred.
