Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide safe, quality nursing care in the ICU and general wards. The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in ICS, robust clinical knowledge, and the ability to manage critically ill patients and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess patients, record vital signs, monitor their condition, and promptly report abnormalities to doctors.

- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments; maintain accurate intake-output records.

- Provide pre- and post-operative care and assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and patient assessments.

- Monitor ICU patients using multiparameter monitors; record and interpret ECG, ABG, SpO₂, CVP, and ICP as applicable.

- Assist with intubation, central and arterial lines, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilator management as per protocols.

- Administer critical care medications, including inotropes and sedatives, with accuracy.

- Respond promptly to emergencies and cardiac arrests; perform BLS and assist with ACLS.

- Maintain nursing notes, treatment charts,



ICU flow sheets, consent forms, shift handovers, and electronic medical records where applicable.

- Ensure patient identification, safety, comfort, dignity, confidentiality, and patient/family education.

- Follow hand hygiene, PPE, aseptic techniques, biomedical waste segregation, and hospital/NABH protocols.

- Check the functionality of medical equipment, maintain supplies and inventory, and report equipment faults.

- Participate in audits, training, and multidisciplinary coordination while adhering to duty schedules and hospital policies.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU.

- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.

- Valid nursing registration.

- Good clinical, communication, documentation, and emergency-response skills.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

- Mandatory: Must reside within 5 km of Moshi, Pune.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
