Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
HT/LT Systems
Operate and maintain transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, and power distribution systems.
Motors & Drives
Maintain and troubleshoot motors, VFDs, soft starters, and associated control systems.
Control Circuits
Read, trace, and troubleshoot electrical control circuits and wiring diagrams.
Fault Diagnosis
Identify and rectify electrical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
Safety Compliance
Follow electrical safety procedures, LOTO, PTW,
and statutory requirements.
Shutdown Activities
Execute maintenance activities during plant shutdowns and commissioning jobs.
Documentation
Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment history.
Coordination
Coordinate with production, instrumentation, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Possesses solid troubleshooting skills, sound knowledge of electrical control circuits, motors, drives, switchgear, transformers, and HT/LT distribution systems. Capable of diagnosing faults quickly and ensuring reliable operation of plant electrical equipment while maintaining high safety standards.
