Job Summary

To design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Java, Python, or Go by building cloud-native microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems. The role is responsible for delivering reliable, maintainable, and resilient software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive architecture decisions, improve system performance, and support end to end product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Build high performance, resilient, and secure microservices based architectures.
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and latency.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to deliver end to end features.
- Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision making.




- Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Backend Development (Primary)

- Strong hands-on development experience in one or more of Java, Python, Go.
- RESTful API development
- Microservices architecture
- Distributed systems
- Database design and optimization (SQL / NoSQL)
- Message queues and event-driven architecture
- Caching strategies and performance tuning
- Cloud native application development
