1. Competent to operate utility systems i.e. Compressors, Nitrogen generation plant, Chiller, Boiler, STP and other related equipments.
2. Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of utility systems.
3. Regularly check and record utility equipment`s parameters, such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and energy consumption, to identify trends and deviations, and take appropriate actions accordingly.
4. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all utility system operations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
5. Coordination with user departments for the requirement/ consumption and operate the utilities accordingly.
6. To carry out the preventive maintenance of utility equipment`s.
7.
Proactively identify and address potential issues before they cause system failures or operational disruptions.
8. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating utility systems, ensuring compliance and protected working habits.
9. Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance utility equipment`s efficiency and reliability.
10. Follow the 5 S concept in his place of working.
