Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory records, material receipts, material issuance, and stock reconciliation at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming raw materials, packing materials, and other store items.
- Verify material quantity and condition against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Excel and/or ERP software.
- Issue materials to Production, Packing, Maintenance, and other departments against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain proper records of GRN, material issue slips, stock transfers, and returnable materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and protected handling of materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about shortages.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Production,



and Quality departments.
- Maintain FIFO practices wherever applicable and follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and support internal and external stock audits.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Good record-keeping, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company preferred.
