Job Summary The Lead Developer (Senior) supports the HIS Automation team in creating automations for the Expanse Implementation project, with a focus on HIS Solutions and Parallon processes. The role applies strong experience with .NET, SQL, C#, Entity Framework while adapting to new frameworks and methodologies within application development. The senior developer analyzes business requirements and performs design, construction, testing, and implementation with minimal supervision. The role also learns and supports existing legacy systems and new applications, provides second-level application support, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

- Closely collaborate with team members to execute development initiatives using Agile practices and principles.
- Contribute to a smooth CI/CD pipeline and continuous integration/continuous delivery automation.
- Integrate new and existing software with existing systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project leads, management, and customers on requirements.
- Design fit-for-purpose products aligned with customer strategic plans and technology road maps.
- Apply value-based decision making and Agile principles across teams.
- Share knowledge and experience to grow overall team capabilities.
- Participate in deployment, change, configuration,



management, administration, and maintenance of deployment processes and systems.
- Rapidly prototype and deliver just-in-time solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Gather requirements and design, construct, and deliver solutions with minimal team interaction while adapting to rapidly changing priorities.

Education Experience

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of engineering, delivering, and supporting production software products preferred.

Must Have Skills

- Solid experience with .NET, SQL, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ Frontend framework
- Demonstrated Agile mindset and understanding of Agile practices and principles.
- Delivery of software systems with documented value.
- Strong customer-value focus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to engineer and build software using multiple languages and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with staff and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn the business domain.

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Azure or GCP.
- Experience with Microsoft Service Bus.
- Experience with Microservice Architectures.
