Sr. HR RECRUITER

B Square Global is looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter with proven end-to-end recruitment experience to join our team in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.




- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred.
