Quality Executive / Senior Quality Executive

Industry: Rotogravure Printing, Lamination & Flexible Packaging

Salary : ₹35k–₹40k/month QA / QC Full-time Job

Key responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP, LDPE, inks, adhesives, and solvents.
- Monitor rotogravure printing quality, including shade matching, registration, print defects, and ink adhesion.
- Check lamination quality, bond strength, curing, delamination, and solvent retention where applicable.
- Conduct tests for GSM, thickness, COF, seal strength, tensile strength, and other product specifications.
- Inspect slitting, pouching, and finished rolls for customer compliance.
- Handle customer complaints, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and 5 Why analysis.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, SOPs, and product traceability.
- Coordinate with production, pre-press, printing, lamination, slitting, and dispatch teams.
- Support ISO 9001, BRCGS Packaging, GMP, and customer audits as applicable.
- Reduce rejection, wastage, rework, and customer complaints.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
