Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Experience: 4–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials and services.
- Identify vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize commercial terms.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS), purchase orders (POs), and work orders.
- Coordinate with project sites for timely material delivery.
- Monitor procurement costs, budgets, and vendor performance.
- Maintain purchase records and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with project, stores, and accounts teams.
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering.
Required Skills:
Vendor management, negotiation, knowledge of construction materials, MS Excel, and ERP software.
