Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data reporting, sales analysis, inventory reports, and business performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely MIS reports to support management decision-making and improve operational efficiency across sales, production, inventory, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales .
- Maintain sales reports, including primary sales, secondary sales, targets versus achievements, product-wise sales, and region-wise performance.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, expiry dates, batch details,



and product-wise stock availability.
- Track distributor performance, sales trends, order processing, and dispatch status.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, pivot tables, charts, and automated reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of data.
- Identify data discrepancies and support management with reports and analytical insights.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing presentations and performance reports for management review.
- Support ERP-based reporting and data management activities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
