Job Title: Senior Network Engineer

Experience: 10–15 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise and industrial LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless networks.

- Develop network architecture standards covering IP addressing, VLANs, VRFs, routing protocols, QoS, redundancy, and high availability.

- Design and manage Cisco SD-WAN architecture, policies, failover, and multi-site network operations.

- Use Cisco Catalyst Center for network monitoring, assurance, automation, and operational governance.

- Design and troubleshoot industrial wireless networks, including coverage, roaming, security, and redundancy.

- Manage network access control and device authentication using Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, or equivalent platforms.

- Deploy and manage Cisco Cyber Vision for industrial asset visibility and security-event investigation.

- Prepare network designs, implementation plans, test procedures, and recovery documentation.

- Provide Tier 3 support for critical incidents, troubleshoot complex network issues, and coordinate with vendors.

- Follow change-management procedures and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.





- Collaborate with architecture, operations, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver secure and reliable network solutions.

Requisites

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Significant network engineering experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or critical-infrastructure environments.

- CCNP or equivalent advanced networking certification.

- Expert knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, VRFs, STP, OSPF, BGP, QoS, multicast, and high availability.

- Robust experience with Cisco SD-WAN and Catalyst Center, including architecture, automation, assurance, and multi-site management.

- Hands-on experience with industrial wireless network design, security, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, or equivalent network access control solutions.

- Experience with Cisco Cyber Vision, industrial asset visibility, sensor integration, and security monitoring.

- Strong technical documentation, incident management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
