Role Description the Senior Merchandiser role at KGS INTERNATIONAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Senior

Merchandiser will manage end-to-end merchandising activities, including product selection, range planning, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include analysing sales data, tracking inventory levels, and optimizing product placement to increase footfall and revenue. The role involves regular visits to retail outlets, overseeing visual merchandising standards, and ensuring timely execution of promotions.

The Senior

Merchandiser will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, maintain strong customer service standards, and provide feedback for product improvement.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to manage store performance, drive product sell-through, and understand consumer buying behaviour.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support promotional activities, brand visibility initiatives, and merchandising campaigns.
- Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales and inventory reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in merchandising, retail management, or a related field, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with retail or inventory management systems is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, retail management, or a related discipline is preferred.
