: Land Acquisation

- Land Identification : Identify and check land is suitable for residential, Commercial , or township development.
- Site Inspection and Ground Verification : Visit site and verify actual ground conditions.
- Land Conversion Feasibility : Examine wheather the agriculture land can be legally converted into residential , commercial or township as per master plan and government regulations.
- Risk Assessment And Issue Resolution : Identify possible risks related to land acquisation such as legal disputes, local obligations , road access problems or financial issues.
- Documentation And Record Management : Maintain proper records related to all land, survey, reports, map, meeting note and correspondence.

Qualication : Any PG Gratuate Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
