Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, baseline programmes, and detailed execution plans using Primavera P6.
- Develop WBS, activity sequencing, resource planning, and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays, critical activities, and potential bottlenecks.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with project execution, engineering, procurement, and management teams for schedule updates.
- Prepare and review catch-up plans, recovery schedules, and revised project programmes.
- Analyse project performance and provide timely updates to senior management.
- Ensure effective planning and monitoring in line with project milestones and contractual requirements.

Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.





Experience & Skills

- Relevant experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure / irrigation projects, especially dams.
- Strong hands-on working knowledge of Primavera P6 is mandatory.
- Good understanding of project scheduling, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
- Proficiency in project reporting, schedule analysis, and coordination with site teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
