Job Title: Interior Designer – Residential

:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer for residential projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in understanding client requirements, creating innovative design solutions, selecting appropriate materials, and managing projects from concept to execution and final delivery. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience in residential interior design are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Understand and analyze client requirements, preferences, and budgets

· Develop residential interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings

· Create 3D designs, renderings, and visual presentations for client approvals

· Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures

· Prepare BOQs and coordinate with vendors and contractors

· Oversee project execution to ensure design accuracy,



quality, and timelines

· Conduct site visits and manage smooth project execution and timely deliveries

· Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing or a related field

· Proven experience in residential interior design

· Robust communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

· Proficiency in design and rendering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.)

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery deadlines

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
