Sr. Influencer Marketing Executive - Beauty & Personal Care - 3+ Years Mumbai

Crescendo Global has been exclusively mandated to hire an Influencer Marketing skilled for a dynamic and growing organisation in the FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care sector. The role focuses on executing impactful influencer campaigns, building creator partnerships, strengthening brand awareness and driving measurable marketing outcomes.

Our client is an organisation looking to strengthen its digital marketing and influencer marketing capabilities through creator-led campaigns, social media engagement and performance-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including creator discovery, onboarding, briefing, execution and reporting.
- Develop creator strategies across nano, micro, macro and celebrity influencers.
- Negotiate commercials, content usage rights and long-term partnerships while managing agencies.
- Identify social media trends and collaborate with creative, social media and paid media teams.
- Track campaign performance using engagement, CPV, CPE, conversions and ROAS metrics.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in FMCG or Beauty & Personal Care.
- Strong expertise in influencer discovery, creator management and campaign execution.
- Experience in negotiating influencer commercials, content rights and partnership terms.
- Understanding of social media trends, content formats and paid amplification.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
