Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary packages, discuss offer details, and manage offer rollouts and follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and candidate databases.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining commitments and reduce offer dropouts.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.




- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, job portals, and HRMS/ATS tools.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, salary negotiations, and offer management.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 4–6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Experience in corporate, retail, e-commerce, or multi-location hiring will be preferred.
- Proven track record of closing positions within defined timelines.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
