Role Description The Sr Executive/Manager – Learning & Development (L&D;) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that build capabilities across the organization, with a focus on sales, medical, and corporate teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, developing curricula and learning paths, facilitating classroom and blended training sessions, and overseeing learning management systems and training records.



The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness, collaborating with business leaders and HR to align L&D; initiatives with organizational goals, and coaching team members to enhance performance and engagement.

Executive/Manager will contribute to creating a strong learning culture, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess passion towards Training & Development and Training skills
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and engage diverse audiences.
- Candidates possess Team Leadership skills, with experience leading initiatives, coaching colleagues, and collaborating across functions preferable.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences
- Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical in sales and/or marketing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, are preferred.
