Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper maintenance of solar plants by adhering to the assigned maintenance schedule.

- Diagnose assigned service requests to identify root causes and provide effective long-term resolutions through troubleshooting, fault finding, and root cause analysis.
- Brief customers on the operation of the solar plant and basic maintenance practices, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily status reports to the reporting manager on all assigned tasks and site activities.
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs, including the completion of all required documentation at various stages of project execution.
- Conduct quality assessments and maintenance activities for both rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants within the assigned region.
- Ensure compliance with pre-defined quality parameters during post-installation inspections and audits.




- Carry out physical audits of completed residential solar plants to verify installation quality and performance standards.
- Visit assigned sites regularly to identify and rectify faults, ensuring optimum plant performance and customer satisfaction.
- Possess basic knowledge and experience in C&I; (Commercial & Industrial) projects.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical/Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical).
- 3-5 years’ experience in execution / O&M; of solar plants.
- Valuable verbal & written communication skills.
