Sr. Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process

Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum

In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹27,000 per month

Additional Benefits: Night Shift Allowance up to ₹3,000

We are hiring experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process in Mumbai. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle international customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls as per process requirements.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and high standards of call quality.
- Record customer interactions, queries, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Meet process-specific performance,



productivity, and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
- Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
- Valuable verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary up to ₹4 LPA.
- Approximate monthly in-hand salary of ₹27,000, subject to the salary structure and applicable deductions.
- Night shift allowance up to ₹3,000.
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational week-offs.
- Cab facility available.
- Opportunity to work in an international customer service environment.
