Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.

- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.

- Handle internal and statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.

- Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.

- Monitor financial performance, expenses, and profitability.

- Manage financial controls, risk assessment, and process improvements.

- Advise management on financial planning, cost optimization, and business decisions.

- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.

- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and other statutory reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership of ICAI.

- Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial management.

- Robust knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting or ERP software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.

- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
