We are seeking a creative, detail -oriented, and highly organized social media Content Creator to join our Social Content team. This role will be responsible for developing engaging, platform -native content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership, product marketing, events, campaigns, and audience engagement across RateGain's social media channels.

Primary Responsibilities -

- Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms

- Develop static creatives, carousels, reels, short -form videos, captions, and campaign content tailored to each platform

- Support planning and execution of the social media content calendar

- Repurpose blogs, webinars, research reports, events, product launches,

- customer stories, and leadership content into social -first formats

- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Design, Corporate

- Communications, and regional marketing teams

- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and platform best practices

- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas

- Assist in monitoring content performance and leverage insights for optimization

Skills Required -





- 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Content Creation, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field

- Strong written communication and copywriting skills

- Experience creating content for LinkedIn and Instagram

- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools

- Understanding of social media analytics and platform best practices

- Robust attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
