Job Title: Senior Account Executive – Civil Construction

Location: Durg, Chhattisgarh

Reports To: Accounts Manager / Director

Company Overview:

We are a reputed civil construction company engaged in executing government infrastructure projects across Chhattisgarh. With a focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery, we are looking for a skilled Senior Account Executive to manage our accounting and financial operations from our head office in Durg.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting functions including bookkeeping, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Prepare, verify, and process contractor and vendor bills in line with project requirements and government contract norms.
- Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI returns.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor payments, advances, and reconciliations.
- Support project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with auditors, banks,



and government departments as required.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Assist management in cash flow planning and financial decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and knowledge of e-billing and e-tendering systems.
- Other Skills: Strong attention to detail, positive communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Full-time, based at the Durg office.
