Immediate Hiring Pharma Commercial Analytics / Big Data Analytics

Job Location: Chennai (Only)

We are hiring experienced professionals for a reputed organization in the Pharma/Life Sciences domain for the following positions:

Open Positions:

- Sr. Analyst Big Data Analytics: 24 years
- Associate Engagement Manager – Big Data: 5–7 years
- Engagement Manager – Big Data: 7–11 years

& Key Responsibilities
- Work on Pharma Commercial Analytics and Business Intelligence projects, delivering actionable insights to support business decisions and commercial strategies.
- Experience in therapy areas such as Immunology, Oncology, Cardiology, or other pharmaceutical therapeutic segments.
- Hands-on exposure to pharma data sources, including IQVIA, Symphony Health, Lab Data, Patient-Level Data, EMR/EHR, Claims Data, HCP Data, Sales Data and APLD.
- Understand client business requirements, identify business problems, brainstorm analytical approaches, and design end-to-end methodologies to address business challenges.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methodologies to develop analytical solutions and support data-driven business strategies.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in advanced SQL, Python, SAS or Dataiku for data extraction, transformation, modelling and analysis.
- Develop analytical reports, dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Knowledge of Snowflake and modern analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
- Manage client interactions, stakeholder communication, project updates, delivery timelines, quality standards,



risks and issue resolution.
- Lead offshore brainstorming sessions, recommend cutting-edge analytical solutions, and communicate complex analytical findings effectively to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, review analytical methodologies, ensure high-quality deliverables, and translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, analyst selection, project ramp-up and coordination with internal teams to meet business objectives.
- Define suitable analytics platforms, architecture, tools and visualization approaches based on project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Applications or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate management degree will be an added advantage.
- Relevant experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence and analytics delivery is essential.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, client management and stakeholder-handling skills.
- For managerial positions, proven experience in project delivery, team leadership, mentoring and managing senior client stakeholders is expected.
