1. Job Summary

LA Excellence Academy is looking for a confident, articulate, and presentable Spokesperson / Career Guidance Executive for its Kompally branch. The candidate will represent the academy during student interactions, career guidance sessions, seminars, educational events, and promotional activities. The role involves guiding students about career opportunities, explaining academic programs, delivering presentations, and building awareness of the academy among students, parents, and educational institutions.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Represent LA Excellence Academy professionally during seminars, career guidance sessions, student orientations, and educational events.
- Guide students regarding career options, academic pathways, competitive examinations, and future educational opportunities.
- Explain the academy's courses, programs, teaching approach, and admission process to students and parents.
- Conduct career awareness sessions, motivational talks, presentations, and interactive discussions.
- Deliver speeches and presentations in schools, colleges, educational institutions, and other relevant forums.
- Communicate confidently in Telugu and English; Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Support the admissions team by engaging prospective students and generating genuine admission enquiries.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, education fairs, outreach programs, and institutional visits.
- Create and deliver clear, engaging presentations about courses and career opportunities.
- Assist with video recordings, interviews, promotional content,



and educational awareness campaigns when required.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and institutional representatives.
- Coordinate with the Academic, Admissions, Marketing, and Media teams.
- Maintain records of events, student interactions, enquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure all career and course-related information communicated to students is accurate and aligned with the academy's approved information.

1. Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any graduate; candidates with qualifications in education, management, communication, public relations, or related fields are preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in career counselling, public speaking, student engagement, educational outreach, anchoring, or communications is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in addressing groups of students and parents.
- Fluency in Telugu and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with PowerPoint presentations.
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits, college visits, seminars, and outreach programs when required.

1. Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be an energetic and confident communicator who can represent the academy effectively, engage audiences, and guide students towards suitable academic and career pathways. Candidates with experience in public speaking, anchoring, career counselling, educational marketing, motivational speaking, or student outreach will be preferred. Experience in the IAS/UPSC or competitive examination coaching sector will be an added advantage.
