For coaches, EnglishReady provides flexible online work with self-selected hours and earning potential typically ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹75,000 per month. Each coaching applicant is reviewed individually through a brief multi-step process, reflecting the company’s emphasis on quality and learner-friendly teaching.

Role Description The Spoken English Trainer role is a part-time, remote position focused on live, one-to-one online coaching. Trainers conduct short, structured sessions that simulate real-life conversations for interviews, skilled situations, and daily communication.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing learner needs, explaining concepts in simple language, correcting grammar and pronunciation, and providing clear next steps after each session. Trainers are expected to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where learners feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and build confidence.



The role involves managing one’s own coaching schedule within agreed availability, maintaining reliable internet and audio/video setup, and using EnglishReady’s platform tools to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Language Teaching to guide learners in spoken communication effectively.
- Candidates should possess Teaching and Education skills to structure sessions, scaffold learning, and adapt explanations to different proficiency levels.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills to provide clear feedback, brief written summaries, and simple learning resources when needed.
- Strong spoken English proficiency, clear pronunciation, and the ability to explain concepts patiently without judgment.
- Experience tutoring or coaching adults or young learners online is beneficial.
- Comfort with basic technology, including video calling tools and online scheduling platforms.
- A background in English, Education, Communication, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory if coaching skills are strong.
- Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and availability to conduct sessions consistently during chosen hours.
