About the Position

Blue Summit Group Private Limited is hiring a Spanish-Speaking Virtual Assistant / Patient Services Representative to support U.S.-based healthcare operations from our Ameerpet office.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable speaking with patients by telephone, proficient with computers, and able to accurately document and follow up on patient-related matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Spanish-language skills who want to build a career working with U.S. healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming patient telephone calls in Spanish and English.
- Make outbound calls to patients for follow-ups, appointment reminders, and administrative matters.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding pending appointments, documentation, and requests.
- Perform accurate computer-based data entry.
- Update patient demographic and administrative information.
- Document telephone conversations and patient communications accurately.
- Enter and update information in EMR/EHR and other healthcare systems.
- Take messages and route information to the appropriate clinical or administrative staff.
- Coordinate with U.S.-based medical-office personnel.




- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with patients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken Spanish is mandatory.
- Robust spoken and written English.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Ability to enter data accurately while communicating with patients.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Professional and compassionate manner when speaking with patients.
- Comfortable working permanent U.S. night shifts.
- Must be able to work from our Ameerpet office five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications Candidates with any of the following will receive preference:
- Previous U.S. healthcare experience.
- Medical receptionist or patient scheduling experience.
- U.S. healthcare BPO experience.
- International voice-process experience.
- Experience with EMR/EHR software.
- Virtual receptionist or Virtual Assistant experience.
- Experience making outbound patient follow-up calls.
- Experience communicating directly with U.S. patients.

Strong candidates with excellent Spanish and English communication skills may be considered even without previous healthcare experience.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Candidates with strong Spanish proficiency and significant U.S. healthcare experience may be considered for compensation above the advertised range.

Work Schedule

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday through Friday

Work Location: In Person

This is not a remote or WFH position.
