ob Description – Parts Executive (Automobile Field)Job Summary A Parts Executive in the automobile industry is responsible for managing vehicle spare parts, maintaining stock availability, and ensuring the timely supply of parts to the service department and customers. The role involves handling parts enquiries, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the right parts are available whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle spare parts enquiries from the service team, customers, and other departments.
- Identify and supply the correct spare parts based on vehicle models and requirements.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure the availability of quick-moving parts.
- Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement.
- Receive, inspect, and store spare parts properly.
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory details in the system.
- Issue spare parts to technicians and the service department as required.
- Monitor stock shortages, pending orders, and delayed deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock verification and support inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts to avoid damage or loss.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, service, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
- Assist customers with parts availability, pricing, and delivery details.




- Follow company procedures for billing, returns, warranty claims, and documentation.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal departments.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts and vehicle components.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Inventory management and stock-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
- Ability to identify parts and manage multiple requests efficiently.
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Qualification and Experience
- Minimum qualification: ITI, or diploma in an automobile-related field.
- A diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
- Freshers with an interest in automobile spare parts can apply.
- Previous experience in spare parts, inventory management, or automobile service operations is preferred.

Job Objective To ensure the timely availability of the correct automobile spare parts, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the smooth functioning of the service department while providing good customer service. Preferred Location: Attur & Kallakurichi

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
