Role Description The Spanish Interpreter will provide accurate, confidential, and clear interpretation between Spanish and English in an on-site setting located in Pune District. This full-time role involves supporting clients and internal teams by interpreting spoken communication during meetings, consultations, and other interactions, including medical and business contexts as needed. Daily responsibilities include performing consecutive and simultaneous interpretation, assisting with translation of written materials, and ensuring that information is conveyed faithfully without additions or omissions.

The interpreter will collaborate with other language service professionals,



maintain detailed and secure records where required, and adhere to professional ethics and organizational policies. The role may also involve preparing glossaries, staying updated on relevant terminology, and participating in training to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interpreting and Language Services, with the ability to work fluently between Spanish and English.
- Experience in Simultaneous Interpretation and consecutive interpretation in qualified settings.
- Proficiency in Medical Interpretation for healthcare-related interactions, with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Capability in Translation of documents and written materials between Spanish and English.
- Excellent listening, note-taking, and communication skills, with a high level of cultural competence.
- Prior experience in on-site interpretation or language services, preferably in corporate or healthcare environments.
- Relevant academic background or certification in interpretation, translation, linguistics, or a related field.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Pune District, manage multiple assignments, and maintain professionalism under time constraints.
