What Youll Do:-

Develop and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants across Mumbai suburban areas.

Generate qualified leads through channel partner sourcing and local market networking.

Coordinate with channel partners to arrange client meetings and site visits.

Ensure regular follow-ups with partners and prospects to convert leads into sales.

Maintain database of channel partners and track sourcing activities.

Provide project updates, pricing details, and inventory availability to channel partners.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets.

Stay updated with local market trends, competitor projects, and pricing in suburban locations.

Candidates from real estate / developer background preferred

Exposure to residential or infrastructure construction projects.
