We are looking for a result-oriented Sourcing & Closing Manager with real estate experience and a strong network in South Bombay to drive residential property sourcing and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source CP's & clients for premium and luxury residential properties across South Bombay.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers & developers.
- Identify new projects and mandate opportunities.
- Manage client negotiations and drive successful property closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sourcing and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing.
- Solid knowledge of the South Bombay real estate market.
- Existing channel partner network and luxury real estate exposure preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
