We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our Solar Project Team for ground-mounted solar projects across Maharashtra.

1. Quality Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections for ground-mounted solar project installations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings.
- Inspect solar modules, mounting structures, electrical installations, cabling, and earthing.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to applicable safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in quality control for solar EPC or ground-mounted solar projects is preferred.

2. Transmission Line Engineer Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute and monitor transmission line works associated with ground-mounted solar projects.
- Coordinate tower foundation, erection, stringing, and related site activities.
- Monitor Right of Way (ROW), route surveys, and site execution progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, DISCOMs, transmission authorities, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety requirements.
- Maintain progress reports, site records, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in transmission lines, preferably 33 kV / 66 kV / 132 kV or relevant project voltage levels.
- Knowledge of line routing, tower erection, stringing, and ground-mounted solar evacuation infrastructure is preferred.

3. Electrical Site Engineer Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise electrical installation and execution activities at ground-mounted solar project sites.
- Handle installation of solar modules, inverters, LT/HT cables, transformers, switchgear, and earthing systems.
- Monitor DC and AC cabling, cable trenching, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved electrical drawings, project schedules, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Robust experience in electrical site execution and ground-mounted solar project handling.
- Knowledge of electrical testing, commissioning, and site coordination is preferred.

4. Senior Project Manager Experience: 10–12 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of ground-mounted solar EPC projects across Maharashtra.




- Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Oversee civil, electrical, transmission line, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, safety, and timely completion.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Review project reports, resolve site-level challenges, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, applicable regulations, and project requirements.

Requirements:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in solar EPC / power projects, with substantial ground-mounted solar project execution experience.
- Proven experience in project planning, team management, contractor coordination, and project delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Common Requirements
- Experience in ground-mounted solar projects is essential for the Electrical Site Engineer and Senior Project Manager roles.
- Candidates must be willing to travel or work at project sites across Maharashtra.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
