You will be responsible for empowering students with practical knowledge and hands-on exposure to modern technologies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to represent the organization in seminars, workshops, and institutional training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and practical training sessions on software and programming technologies for college students, institutional batches, and corporate trainees.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and hands-on assignments to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve learning efficiency.
- Coordinate with academic and training teams to ensure smooth execution of campus programs.
- Represent the organization professionally during college seminars, workshops, and institutional events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong knowledge of at least one core programming language (Java, Python, C, or similar).
- Willingness and ability to learn and train in multiple technologies and software domains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Minimum 5 to 20 years of teaching or training experience in colleges or in any recognized software training institution.
