Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer to deliver professional training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal skills, workplace etiquette, and overall personality development. The ideal candidate should have strong training and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners and improve their professional readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, spoken English, and interpersonal skills.
- Deliver training on personality development, confidence building, and public speaking.
- Train students and professionals in interview preparation, group discussions, and resume presentation.
- Conduct sessions on leadership, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving.
- Provide training on corporate etiquette, workplace behavior, and professional grooming.
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize mock interviews, role-plays, group activities, and placement-readiness programs.
- Coordinate with academic teams and placement departments to meet training objectives.




- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain attendance and performance records.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in soft skills training, corporate training, or student development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Experience in training students, graduates, or working professionals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

- Strong mentoring and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to motivate and engage diverse learners.
- Experience in employability skills and campus placement training.
- Valuable organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
