Foxbrain is an education-focused organization offering programs in Personality Development, Mental Math, Robotics, and other skill-development areas for children.

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and skilled Social Media Video Content Creator who can handle the complete video production process, from developing ideas and writing scripts to shooting, editing, and delivering engaging social media content.

The primary focus of this role will be creating engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos that showcase our programs, classroom activities, student achievements, workshops, events, and brand story.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Content Creation, Shooting & Editing (Primary Responsibility)

- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Independently manage the complete video production process, from brainstorming ideas and writing scripts to final editing.
- Shoot high-quality videos featuring trainers, students, classroom activities, workshops, events, and educational programs.
- Create engaging videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Edit videos using appropriate transitions, captions, subtitles, music, sound effects, and visual elements to improve viewer engagement.
- Develop creative hooks, storytelling formats, and calls to action to capture attention and encourage audience interaction.
- Create promotional videos, educational videos, behind-the-scenes content, testimonials, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Stay updated with trending Reels formats, audio, editing styles, and social media content trends.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, engaging, and consistent with the Foxbrain brand identity.

1. Scriptwriting & Creative Planning

- Write engaging scripts for Reels, promotional videos, educational videos, and brand campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Create strong opening hooks to capture viewers' attention within the first few seconds.




- Simplify educational concepts into interesting, easy-to-understand video content.
- Plan video shoots, prepare shot lists, and coordinate with trainers and team members for content production.
- Generate fresh content ideas for promoting Foxbrain's educational programs and activities.
- Adapt scripts and video formats according to platform requirements and audience preferences.

1. Social Media Content & Marketing Support

- Assist in planning and executing the monthly social media content calendar.
- Create supporting content such as captions, post ideas, stories, and promotional copy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for campaigns, admissions, events, and brand promotions.
- Research competitors, audience interests, trending topics, and effective content formats.
- Monitor video performance, including views, watch time, reach, shares, and engagement.
- Suggest improvements to content strategy based on performance insights.

1. Educational Content Development (Secondary Responsibility)

- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, lesson plans, and educational resources for programs such as Personality Development, Mental Math, and Robotics.
- Develop simple, engaging, and age-appropriate learning materials for children aged 5–15 years.
- Create educational visuals and supporting content for trainers and classroom sessions.
- Ensure educational materials are clear, accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with learning objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Making, Multimedia, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Practical experience in social media content creation, especially Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Strong skills in video shooting, scriptwriting, and video editing.
- Ability to independently take a video project from concept to final output.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Familiarity with shooting videos using smartphones or professional cameras,



along with basic lighting and audio techniques.
- Good storytelling skills and an understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Strong creative thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating educational, promotional, or personal-brand content.
- Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI-assisted video editing tools.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Ability to appear on camera or direct people appearing in videos, when required.

What We Are Looking For We need a hands-on creator who can take ownership of the entire content production process.

The ideal candidate should not be limited to editing pre-recorded footage. They should be comfortable generating ideas, writing scripts, shooting videos, and editing the final output independently.
