: Social Media & creative Marketing manager or Executive / Social Media Strategist

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai - Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy: Plan, execute and own the overall social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build brand and drive leads
2. Content Leadership: Conceptualize, design, and oversee creation of posts, reels, and stories. Ensure brand tone and aesthetics are consistent
3. Paid Ads Management: Independently run and optimize Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Manage budget, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance
4. Calendar & Campaigns: Own the monthly content calendar and execute campaign plans for product launches, offers, and events
5. Community & Brand Voice: Manage community engagement, DMs, comments, and influencer/creator outreach
6. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare weekly and monthly reports on reach, engagement, ad ROI, and growth. Share insights and recommendations
7. Website & SEO: Handle product uploads, blogs, landing pages, and basic SEO/keyword research to support digital presence
8. Trends & Competition: Monitor jewelry/luxury trends, competitor activity,



and recent platform features to keep the brand ahead

What We’re Looking For:

1. 1-4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and digital marketing
2. Proven experience running Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads with measurable results
3. Strong proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for aesthetics
5. Understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels strategy, hashtag research, and content trends
6. Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action
7. Self-starter, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
8. Prior experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus
