We are hiring a Social Media & Content Strategy Manager to grow the parenting community on Instagram and LinkedIn.
You will own TMN's social presence end to end: what we post, how it performs, and how it turns into community and revenue. The role blends strategy with hands-on making — you will script, shoot and sometimes appear on camera.
Key responsibilities
- Grow TMN social media (50%)
- Plan and run a monthly content calendar mixing insightful, fun and trend-led content for mums and parents-to-be.
- Grow followers, engagement and watch time on Instagram; spot trends early and act on them.
- Run community-led formats: UGC, mum stories, Q&As;, polls and collaborations with mom creators.
- Create content for paid and organic (25%)
- Write scripts, plan shoots and direct reels; appear on camera when needed.
- Test hooks, formats and lengths to learn what drives watch time and CTR, and share learnings with the performance team.
- Brief and work with graphic designers and video editors.
- Drive traffic and revenue through social (25%)
- Build clickable, UTM-tagged stories and posts that send traffic to All Things Baby.
- Track purchases from social links and report revenue each month.
- Plan social pushes around launches, sales and key dates with the ecommerce team.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years managing Instagram and Linkedin for a D2C with growth you can show in numbers.
- A portfolio of reels and videos you scripted or shot yourself; comfortable on camera.
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights.
- Hands-on with CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.
- Strong instinct for trends and hooks, and clear writing in English and Hindi.
- Understands the world of new and expecting parents.
