Role Summary :

We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to build and run the Enlight Metals brand presence across social platforms. You will plan and create content, grow our community, run paid campaigns, and turn social engagement into qualified B2B leads that support the sales team's growth targets. This role suits someone who is self-driven, trend-aware, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth office environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Content

- Own the end-to-end social media presence for Enlight Metals. You will be responsible for:
- Building and executing a monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Creating engaging posts, carousels, reels, and short-form videos that reflect the brand's voice and industry positioning. Developing content themes relevant to B2B buyers: steel product knowledge, market updates, price trends, case studies, customer success stories, and company milestones. Briefing and coordinating with designers, videographers, and freelancers for larger shoots and high-quality creative assets on time.

2. Video Content Creation, Shooting & Editing Own the creation of high-quality video content for social media and brand marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for:

- Planning, shooting, and editing videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Creating reels,



short-form videos, employee interviews, product showcases, customer testimonials, plant/warehouse walkthroughs, and event coverage. Coordinating and conducting on-site content shoots with internal teams, leadership, partners, and customers. Editing videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software to produce professional, platform-optimized content. Adding transitions, graphics, subtitles, animations, and branding elements to improve engagement and content performance. Repurposing long-form content into short-form clips for social media campaigns and lead generation activities. Staying updated with video trends, storytelling formats, and platform best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

3. Brand Building & Community Management

- Grow and nurture the Enlight Metals online community. You will be responsible for:
- Growing follower base, reach, and engagement across all platforms.
- Monitoring comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly and professionally. Building relationships with industry pages, partners, influencers, and online communities.
- Positioning Enlight Metals as a thought leader in the B2B metals and steel trading space, including employee advocacy and leadership-led LinkedIn content.

1. Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation

- Support marketing-led growth through targeted campaigns. You will be responsible for: Planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified leads. Working with the sales team to align campaigns with business targets, product lines, and customer segments. Running promotions for new products, partnerships, and company milestones.



A/B testing creatives, copy, audiences, and formats to improve cost per lead and conversion. Managing campaign budgets and ensuring leads are passed to sales in a timely, trackable manner.

5. Analytics & Reporting Track and report on the performance of all social media activity. You will be responsible for: Tracking key metrics: reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, cost per lead, and lead conversion. Preparing monthly performance reports and dashboards for management review. Using insights to refine content and campaign strategy continuously. Benchmarking performance against competitors and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, with a primary focus on social media. Experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or trading organizations is preferred. A strong portfolio of social media content and campaigns previously managed, including video content you have shot and edited.

Technical Skills Candidates should have working knowledge of:

- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and their business and ad managers. Content creation and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar). Video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar). Hands-on video shooting: smartphone or DSLR, tripod or gimbal, basic lighting, and clean audio capture. Social media scheduling and management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar). Basic analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics). Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
