Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time role based in Pune City with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engage target audiences. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, developing campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement.

respond to community interactions, and manage social media reporting. The role also involves staying updated on platform trends, applying best practices, and recommending new ideas to strengthen TSS’s digital presence.

Qualifications

- Solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Demonstrated capability in Content Strategy, including planning campaigns, defining target audiences, and aligning content with business objectives.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn analytics, basic Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Pune City, managing deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles, preferably within multidisciplinary or B2B organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
