About the Role

Luma is building a fashion oriented eyewear brand that brings together style, comfort and self expression. We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to build our online presence, develop an engaged audience and establish Luma's identity across social media platforms.

This role goes beyond posting content. We need someone who understands social media trends, audience behaviour, brand positioning and how to turn creative ideas into meaningful engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and coordinate posts, Reels, Stories, campaigns and other social media content.
- Identify relevant trends, formats and opportunities to improve reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the content writer, graphic designer and AI video team to develop compelling content.
- Manage daily publishing, captions, scheduling, comments, messages and community engagement.
- Track performance metrics, analyse results and improve content strategy based on insights.
- Build relationships with creators, influencers and relevant fashion communities.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and overall social media presence.
- Support campaign launches, collaborations, product promotions and brand storytelling.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media platforms,



content formats and audience behaviour.
- Creativity, positive communication skills and an eye for fashion, visual presentation and storytelling.
- Ability to plan content strategically rather than simply follow trends.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics and performance reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with creative teams and manage multiple activities independently.
- Willingness to experiment, learn quickly and take ownership of results.

Freshers may apply if they can demonstrate strong creative ability, practical knowledge of social media and relevant projects or personal account experience.
