Job Title: Social Media Manager & Video Creator

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Social Media Manager & Video Creator who has excellent content creation skills, particularly in creating engaging Reddit posts, community-driven content, and high-quality videos for social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, audience engagement, storytelling, and platform-specific content strategies. You should be capable of creating compelling posts, developing creative video content, and building an active online community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms, including Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, authentic, and high-quality Reddit posts, discussions, text-based content, and community-focused campaigns.
- Identify relevant subreddits, understand community guidelines, and create content tailored to each audience.
- Create, edit, and publish short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other engaging visual content.
- Research trending topics, viral content formats, audience interests, and competitor strategies.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, scripts, and creative copy to increase engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, content calendars, posting schedules, and community interactions.
- Monitor post performance, reach, engagement, and other key metrics to improve content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and strengthen brand visibility.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.





Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

- 1–7 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
- Excellent experience in creating engaging Reddit posts and Reddit community content is essential.
- Strong understanding of Reddit communities, subreddit culture, audience behavior, and content engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience in video creation and editing for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, creative thinking, and communication skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and content performance.
- Ability to research trends and convert ideas into engaging posts and videos.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in growing social media accounts and online communities organically.
- Knowledge of viral content strategies, hooks, storytelling, and short-form video formats.
- Experience with Reddit marketing, community engagement, and organic brand awareness campaigns.
- A portfolio of previously created Reddit posts, videos, reels, or social media campaigns.
