Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager cum Digital Marketer who can manage social media accounts, create engaging content, write SEO optimized blogs, and improve our website's search engine visibility. The ideal candidate should understand social media algorithms, keyword research, SEO, content marketing, and video creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Understand platform algorithms, audience behavior, engagement strategies, and content distribution.
2. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research using short tail keywords, long tail keywords, LSI keywords, search intent, and competitor analysis to identify relevant content opportunities.
3. Blog Writing and Content Marketing: Write informative, SEO optimized blogs for company websites and third party publishing platforms. Develop content that answers audience questions and attracts organic traffic.
4. WordPress Management: Publish and manage website content using WordPress. Format blogs, optimize pages, manage images, and maintain basic website content.
5. On Page and Off Page SEO: Perform on page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and keyword placement. Understand off page SEO, backlink building, and website authority improvement.

Video Creation and Marketing: Create engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms. Handle basic video editing, captions, formatting, and content repurposing.
7. Content Planning and Publishing: Develop content calendars, schedule posts, maintain consistent publishing, and repurpose content across multiple platforms.
8. Performance Analysis: Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, social media engagement, reach, and content performance. Use analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills:

- Practical knowledge of social media management and platform algorithms.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, short tail keywords, long tail keywords, and LSI keywords.
- Experience in SEO blog writing and content marketing.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
- Understanding of on page SEO and off page SEO.
- Ability to create and edit videos for YouTube and Instagram.
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
- Good written English, research skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate:

A proactive, organized, and results oriented skilled who can independently handle social media, SEO, content writing, and video marketing tasks. Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical knowledge through previous work or a portfolio.
