Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals

Create engaging content including posts, reels, and campaigns

Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies

Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better engagement

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams

Manage DMs, comments, and community engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in eCommerce

Solid understanding of content strategy and social media algorithms

Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, etc.

Creative mindset with strong communication skills

Ability to plan, execute, and analyze campaigns

Self-motivated and detail-oriented
