Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

_*Job Summary*_

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently manage the company's social media presence, content strategy, paid advertising campaigns, audience engagement, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

_*Key Responsibilities*_

- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, videos, captions, and other digital content.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other relevant platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor social media accounts, comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track reach, impressions, engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
- Research industry trends, hashtags, competitors, and recent marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.




- Ensure consistent branding and communication across all social media platforms.

_*Requirements*_
- 1–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in handling social media accounts independently.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, paid campaigns, and audience targeting.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
- Creative thinking, communication, and planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines independently.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing will be an advantage.
